Nceba Ndzwayiba has been nominated for the 2026 CHRO Awards for his role as group HR and transformation director at Netcare.
He joins a cohort of HR leaders competing across nine award categories, including the headline CHRO of the Year title.
Nceba has served as group HR and transformation director at Netcare since 2019. Before taking on the role, he was general manager for enterprise and supplier development at the healthcare group.
Earlier in his career at Netcare, he served as head of transformation and people development and transformation and HRD manager.
Prior to joining Netcare, Nceba was training and development manager at the Parliament of South Africa and head of human capital development at Airports Company South Africa.
He began his career as an ETQA manager at Services SETA and held learning and development roles at Hospitality Industry Training & Consultants and Unique Catering Services.
