Nomaswazi has been the human capital executive within the bank for four years.

Nomaswazi Ngwane has been promoted to the position of chief people experience officer at Old Mutual

This promotion comes after her four-year tenure as the human capital executive for the mass and foundation cluster, where she was instrumental in nurturing talent and driving organisational growth.

Before that, she served as senior manager of organisational development, transformation and change at Discovery. She also spent seven years at The South African Breweries in various capacities, including human resources operations manager, executive associate to the HR director, and HR business partner for marketing, sales and distribution.

Nomaswazi holds a degree in human resources management and an honours in industrial sociology from the University of Johannesburg. She furthered her education with a postgraduate diploma in business administration and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
