Bryte appoints Tebogo Baloyi as head of HR

Tebogo will start in his new position on 1 October 2023.

Tebogo Baloyi, head of learning and development at Bryte, takes on the position of head of HR from 1 October 2023.

Tebogo, who joined the business insurance organisation six years ago, has experience in competency-based learning, leadership development, talent management, and career pathing.

"I really love helping people become leaders in the future. I've done a lot of things to help people's careers, like the NextCo, The Bryte Academy, and programmes where I teach and coach to help the next generation of leaders in our organisation," he said.

JP Blignaut, Bryte CEO, added that Tebogo has been crucial in developing the organisation’s supportive, performance-driven culture.

Tebogo has previously worked at Silica Holdings and at Momentum Wealth.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, and economics. He also has a special certificate in teaching and development from the University of Johannesburg and a short certificate in developing human resources strategies from the University of the Witwatersrand.
