Verushka Ramsamuj takes up head of HR role at St Stithians College

Verushka Ramsamuj has embarked on a new journey as the head of human resources at St Stithians College.

According to her, her core role is to oversee and manage all aspects of the college's human capital and ensure that the college attracts, retains, and develops talent while fostering a positive work environment.

Before taking on her current role at St Stithians, Verushka was shaping HR at Inspired Education Group, where she served as HR director for seven years.

She has also held roles as associate HR director at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and as an HR business partner at FNB Commercial.

Verushka holds an honours degree in psychology from UNISA and a bachelor of social sciences in psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
