Keneiloe Ramaphakela takes over the reins from the company’s CEO, Yoni Titi.
Yoni Titi, outgoing CEO of Yoni Titi Human Capital, says the company is honoured that Keneiloe Ramaphakela has accepted the task of taking the company forward. She says her decision to step down was necessitated by her desire for the company to be under the leadership of a fresh pair of hands.
Yoni will remain in the company as chairlady.
“I cannot over emphasise the support you gave, not only because this has been a 100 percent black women-owned recruitment company, but also by the support through the briefings you gave me for the recruitment of key skills for your organisations,” Yoni says in a message directed to her clients.
Keneiloe is currently principal acquisition lead at Multichoice. She is passionate about providing a comprehensive, professional and proactive resourcing service to a company to ensure that “the most important key stakeholders, managers and employees, are equipped with the necessary information, knowledge and skills needed to meet their business targets”.
Keneiloe will start in her position as CEO on 1 July.
