Annalize Van Der Waal is the vice president of human resources at PepsiCo South Africa, a position she has held since May 2020.

Prior to that she was the senior HR Director for Sub Saharan Africa at the same organisation.

Prior to joining Pepsico South Africa, Annalize held senior HR roles at a number of companies including SABmiller , Ab Inbev, Danone and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Annalize started her career as a Industrial/Organisational Psychology intern at the The Liberty Group before venturing to the UK for more extensive work experience.

Annalize holds a master’s in commerce in HR management and a BCom (Hons) in HR management, both from the University of Pretoria.
