Sifiso Gasa is currently the CHRO for Africa & Middle East at Röhlig-Grindrod Logistics South Africa, where he leads the people strategy across the region’s operations.

He was appointed to the CHRO role in 2024 after serving as national HR manager for eight years within the same organisation.

Prior to this, he held HR leadership roles at Group Five Pipe, where he worked as HR manager, and earlier progressed through HR generalist responsibilities at Röhlig-Grindrod.

His earlier experience includes HR roles at Bidvest Panalpina Logistics, ADT, and Code Integrated Security Solutions.

Sifiso holds an MBA from Wits Business School and a bachelor of commerce honours degree from the University of Johannesburg.
