Nominations for the 2023 CHRO Awards are now open! This is your opportunity to recognise individual leaders for the outstanding work they have done during the past year.
With CHROs taking on myriad responsibilities and keeping pace with the rapid changes in the world of work, this Oscars of HR provides a unique platform for individuals to be acknowledged for the trailblazers that they are.

The closing date for nominations is Friday, 31 March 2023.
Nominees will undergo an intensive interview and judging process, and the winners will be announced at a glittering gala dinner on 16 November at the Polo Room, Inanda Club.
The award categories are:
- CHRO of the Year;
- Young CHRO of the Year;
- Strategy and Leadership Award;
- Transformation and Empowerment Award;
- HR and Technology Award;
- Learning and Development Award;
- Talent Management Award; and
- Employee Value Proposition Award.
Last year, Vodacom’s Njabulo Mashigo walked away with the title of CHRO of the Year, for her sterling work in strategically positioning HR within the telecommunications giant. Will your nominee be this year’s CHRO of the Year?
The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and award them for outstanding performance and leadership.
