Andrew Millson has been nominated for the 2025 CHRO Awards for his role as managing executive for human capital and sustainability at Food Lover's Market Holdings.
He joins the list of HR leaders among this year’s CHRO Awards contenders.
Andrew joined Food Lover’s Market supporting small holder farmers access the supply chain, before becoming group head of sustainability where he founded the company’s sustainability strategy, Earth Lovers, in 2016. He later took on the combined portfolio of people and sustainability.
Before joining Food Lover’s Market, he held positions including chief development officer at Social Investment Scotland, head of member services and environment at Scottish Business in the Community, and head of operations for the commercial division at Flight Centre. He also served as country manager for Tanzania at MondoChallenge, where he led community-based development initiatives.
Dubbed the “Oscars of HR”, the CHRO Awards continue to honour the country’s most influential HR leaders across listed companies, large corporates and government institutions.
This year’s celebration will take place on 12 November at The Polo Room in Sandton, where nine awards will be handed out, including the headline award of the night – the CHRO of the Year title.
