Bridget Makhura is nominated for the 2025 CHRO Awards for her role as the vice president of people at AB InBev Africa.
Bridget joins the list of HR leaders among this year’s CHRO Awards contenders.
Bridget has been with AB InBev Africa for 11 years and has held various positions including regional commercial director, district manager, country managing director and board member at Eswatini.
She has also served as a non-executive director at Delta Beverages and held key board positions at Maluti Mountain Brewery in Lesotho and Eswatini Beverages.
Dubbed the “Oscars of HR”, the CHRO Awards continue to honour the country’s most influential HR leaders across listed companies, large corporates and government institutions.
This year’s celebration will take place on 12 November at The Polo Room in Sandton, where nine awards will be handed out, including the headline award of the night – the CHRO of the Year title.
