Celiwe Ross has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO SA Awards for the work she has done as the human capital director at Old Mutual Limited.

Celiwe started her career in the mining industry, after graduating as a mining engineer and spent two years with the global search and leadership advisory firm Egon Zehnder, leading their financial services practice and has worked with a wide array of financial services companies advising on their leadership needs and team effectiveness.
She then joined Old Mutual in 2017 as the executive assistant to the chairman and CEO in 2017 before taking on the role of chief of staff later that year.
