Desereé van den Berg has more than 15 years’ experience in HR and learning and development, and is passionate about our people and culture. She has extensive experience as a ‘gets the job done’ executive with strong
expertise across the entire HR value chain, operations and strategy execution.
She understands organisational complexity and the interconnectedness and
interrelationship between all parts in an organisation.
Desereé holds an MBA specialising in executive management, and a BCom in industrial and organisational psychology.
