Hope has been nominated for the CHRO Awards for her work at BCX.

Hope Lukoto has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO Awards for her role as a CHRO at BCX.

Hope has been the CHRO at BCX since 2018 and has over 16 years’ experience in private practice, consulting and corporates.

She is also the owner, organisational consultant, coach and facilitator at Thariwa Holdings, which was founded in 2015. Prior to joining BCX,

Hope was the head of human resources at FNB for nine years and held the role of senior human resource consultant at BMW for three years.

She holds a master’s in clinical psychology from the University of Pretoria, an advanced programme qualification in organisational development from the University of South Africa and has completed the HR executive programme at the University of Michigan.

The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and awards them for outstanding performance and leadership. Top CHROs, VIPs and business partners will attend the event to enjoy networking, entertainment and a scrumptious dinner.
