Janice Paulse steps into CHRO role at EDF Power Solutions South Africa

Janice Paulse has been promoted to CHRO at EDF Power Solutions South Africa, following her role as head of people and culture within the organisation.

Prior to this, Janice served as HR and admin manager at EDF Renewables South Africa. Her earlier experience includes roles at InnoWind, where she worked as HR and admin manager and office manager.

Janice began her career in administrative and support roles, including as a personal assistant and office manager at Kevin Gadd Architects.

Janice holds a qualification in bookkeeping to trial balance and studied business management at Damelin. She also completed N4 and N5 in business management at South Peninsula College.
