Donald has spent much of his career in the financial services and telecommunications sectors. His human resources career began with a brief stint at diamond mining company De Beers in 2002.
He then moved on to spend two years at Sanlam and then at Absa, after which he moved to MTN as a senior manager of HR.
Donald then went to Vodacom, where he assumed the role of executive head of HR for the Enterprise Business Unit, before finally moving into his current role at the JSE.
