The CHRO at Cell C is the latest to join the race for the coveted title of CHRO of the Year.
Seasoned HR leader Juba Mashaba has joined the group of nominees up for the prestigious 2023 CHRO Awards.
Juba has over 30 years of experience in developing people performance enhancement strategies and interventions, leading and executing organisational change processes, as well as driving culture transformation.
Currently the CHRO at Cell C, Juba has also served at other organisations including Aveng, Arcelor-Mittal (South Africa) and PepsiCo International.
Juba holds a BA (Law) and LLB degrees from the University of Swaziland. He also completed a management advancement programme (MAP) at Wits Business School and a human resources executive programme at the University of Michigan Business School.
The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and award them for outstanding performance and leadership. Billed as the Oscars of HR, the ceremony will host top CHROs, VIPs and business partners for an exquisite evening of networking, entertainment and fine cuisine.
