Keshan Naidoo has been appointed HR director at Tri-Star Construction.
He joins the company following a recent role as head of human capital for commercial services at Lumenii.
Prior to this, Keshan spent nearly eight years at Right to Care, serving most recently as deputy chief HR officer. During this period, he also held the roles of senior HR manager and HR manager.
Earlier in his career, Keshan held HR positions at Wits Health Consortium, Blake Group and Programmed Construction.
Keshan holds a master of management in entrepreneurship and new venture creation from Wits Business School, a postgraduate diploma in labour law from the University of Johannesburg, and a BSocSci in industrial, organisational and general psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
