Kirsty Phaal, senior vice president of people & culture at NTT DATA., in Middle East and Africa, has been nominated for the prestigious 2025 CHRO Awards.
Kirsty joins the list of HR leaders among this year’s CHRO Awards contenders.
Kirsty held several senior HR leadership positions within the NTT DATA (previously know as Dimension Data), including the principal head of talent management, head of talent and development, head of HR strategy and planning, and remuneration and performance management manager and global head of talent acquisition and employee experience.
She also served as CPO at Ignition Group and began her HR career as HR manager at Internet Solutions.
Dubbed the “Oscars of HR”, the CHRO Awards continue to honour the country’s most influential HR leaders across listed companies, large corporates and government institutions.
This year’s celebration will take place on 12 November at The Polo Room in Sandton, where nine awards will be handed out, including the headline award of the night – the CHRO of the Year title.
