Johannesburg, South Africa; July 2020 - erNavigator, a leading cloud software labour relations solution has been endorsed by the SABPP (SA Board for People Practices) - South Africa's autonomous body for the standards and professional registration for the HR profession in South Africa.

erNavigator has been recognised as addressing Employee Relations; HR Service Delivery and HR Information Services standards, as well as Analytics and Measurements; Governance, Risk and Compliance plus Organisational Capability HR Competencies.

The SABPP’s People Factor Strategy #202030 clearly highlights how the local HR sector is prioritising the digitisation of the labour relations function without risking compliance and sticking to best labour practices. Their P.E.O.P.L.E focussed plan is spearheaded by the critical need to position HR in the digital era and emphasises an online and in touch approach to doing this, whilst still delivering their promise of leading excellence in HR standards, partnerships and ethically centred governance.

Since 2003, the erNavigator platform has been leading the charge in assisting clients to digitally transform and automate labour relations processes to best practice standards. The software empowers employees involved in the HR process to be able to carry out all labour relations tasks using a cloud-based, locally compliant and internationally recognised solution. The solution has been built by aligning its purpose to the business’ D.R.E.A.M strategy: Digitise; Report; Empower; And; Monitor.

“The SABPP has built a credible reputation as leaders in Human Resource governance, compliance and professionalising the HR profession in South Africa,” says Michael Fisher, Managing Director for erNavigator. “To be endorsed by this organisation is an incredible achievement, especially considering our solution’s digital transformation priority amidst not only the 4 th industrial revolution, but a global pandemic where people have been forced to ‘go digital’ overnight.”

To ensure that companies or products continue to disrupt and positively impact the HR industry, the SABPP undertake to visit and verify product success annually throughout the two-year endorsement period to ‘ensure the reputation and professionalism of the product endorsed is always upheld’. “The SABPP are meticulous about the products and services they associate themselves with. Their board is made up of local HR veterans and experts who have collectively created South Africa’s HR authority so we’re incredibly proud to be associated with them,” says Michael.
