Many leading blue-chip corporates use erNavigator's cloud-based labour relations software.

Labour relations software provider erNavigator has signed up as a partner for the HR indaba Network, which is CHRO South Africa’s innovative platform and event taking place instead of the annual HR Indaba.

erNavigator is a cloud-based labour relations software solution which digitises and automates labour relations processes, enabling labour relations teams and line managers to conduct cases and carry-out tasks online and in compliance with best practices. Established in 2003, erNavigator is now used by many leading blue-chip corporates in South Africa across all industries, including the financial services, mining, retail, manufacturing, and education sectors.

erNavigator CEO Michael Fisher says that in a world where companies are eager to accelerate their digital transformation journeys, the digitisation of HR processes has become less of a want and more of a need with many organisations using technology to streamline payroll, recruitment, and other talent management processes.

“Arguably some of the riskiest HR processes in any organisation are its labour relations activities, because its practice is so widespread across the organisation, affecting many role players who all have differing degrees of knowledge and experience of complex labour relations matters,” says Michael.

“Despite this, some companies have yet to digitise their labour relations processes in South Africa and currently their line managers, human resource personnel, and other stakeholders are mostly still carrying out these tasks manually.”

erNavigator gives HR executives and industrial relations practitioners the ability to mitigate the real risks associated with manual, offline and disjointed labour relations processes.

“We believe the HR Indaba is a credible forum to bring the innovative erNavigator platform to their attention,” says Michael.
