Lebogang Chaka joins Accenture as associate director

Lebogang Chaka has joined Accenture, effective 1 August, as an associate director, to lead the human potential network.

Prior to joining Accenture she was at Ntiyiso Consulting, a firm with a 16-year track record, where she was an acting managing director.

Lebogang has over 12 years’ experience from top-tier consulting firms, having worked within the advisory divisions of Deloitte and KPMG.

In 2016, she founded her own boutique consulting firm, which saw her delivering work across the continent. Lebogang has a wealth of experience in various sectors such as mining, oil and gas, public sector, agribusiness, health, financial services, postal services, NGOs, rail, and more.

She is also a globally recognised thought leader, who has delivered keynote speeches across various parts of the world, as well as published articles. She has shared platforms with many presidents and many C-suite executives.

Lebogang holds a Master of International Business and Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University, Australia. In addition, she holds an Africa and International Trade certificate and African Thought Leadership Certificate from UNISA.
