Lee-Ann has been in the HR space for more than 17 years. She previously worked at Goldfields where her role was to provide strategic direction for the human resource discipline.
Her role was to also provide overall planning, direction and guidance to the development and implementation of the human resources strategy, operating model, policies, guidelines and procedures that would support the core functions of the business to ensure an employee-oriented, high performance culture with an emphasis on empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment, ongoing development and retention of a high performing workforce.
