Londiwe Mncube has been nominated for the 2025 CHRO Awards for her role as CHRO at the Competition Commission of South Africa.
Londiwe joins the list of HR leaders among this year’s CHRO Awards contenders.
She commenced her tenure with the Commission in 2012 and advanced through various positions, including talent acquisition lead and HR business partner before becoming CHRO.
Prior to joining the Competition Commission, she gained experience in executive recruitment and project-based hiring at DAV Professional Placement Group, and also served as talent and business development lead at Globalcare Recruitment UK.
Dubbed the “Oscars of HR”, the CHRO Awards continue to honour the country’s most influential HR leaders across listed companies, large corporates and government institutions.
This year’s celebration will take place on 12 November at The Polo Room in Sandton, where nine awards will be handed out, including the headline award of the night – the CHRO of the Year title.
