Marlize Kriel, Hellman Worldwide Logistics – Africa’s human resources director is the latest nominee for the 2022 CHRO Awards.
Marlize is a well versed strategic human resource professional, with a passion for working closely with people at all levels in the organisation.
She has more than 20 years of experience in HR, which has provided for many rich and meaningful learning opportunities, of which the biggest was her own personal growth, and understanding the importance of human compassion.
She has several qualifications including a master’s degree in strategic human resources management and a BTech degree in human resources management.
The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions, and award them for outstanding performance and leadership.
