Michele Seroke nominated for the 2022 CHRO Awards

Motus Corporation’s chief people officer has been nominated for her work in HR.

As the chief people officer of Motus Corporation, Michele Seroke, the latest nominee for the 2022 CHRO Awards, is a member of the Motus Group executive management.

She has held strategic senior management and executive positions in human resources, both locally and internationally, at several organisations, including Eskom, Productivity SA, ArcelorMittal and General Electric. Her career began at Eskom after she obtained her BSocSci from the University of Cape Town.

Michele’s key responsibilities include leading and managing the human capital (HC) function for the group. Her job involves defining the group HC strategy and providing HC practice expertise to the group and Motus divisions and subsidiaries.

She also co-ordinates the execution of strategic initiatives across the group, and is currently registered for an MBL 3 at the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership.

The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and award them for outstanding performance and leadership. Top CHROs, VIPs and business partners will attend the event to enjoy networking, entertainment and a scrumptious dinner.
