Awarding HR professionals who elevate organisational success is worth celebrating, says the organisation.

As the sponsor of the Employee Value Proposition Award at the CHRO Awards 2023, Momentum Corporate says it believes that people are pivotal in the success of any organisation.

Momentum Corporate CEO Dumo Mbethe says the people aren’t just part of your business – they’re the heart of it.

“Looking after your employees is therefore essential for the success of your business. A strong value proposition elevates commitment as well as the potential of attracting and retaining good talent,” he adds.

Furthermore, a carefully crafted and customised employee benefit structure that talks to the needs of your people, he notes, is the foundation of a compelling employee value proposition. “Innovation and best-of-breed solutions are the building blocks of this foundation.”

The company adds that it wants to celebrate the success of those HR professionals across industries who make it their daily task to build a compelling employee value proposition to inspire their company's workforce to add the value their business expects of them.

The annual CHRO Awards will be held on 14 November at the Polo Room in Inanda, Johannesburg, where CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions will be recognised for their work in the industry. Billed as the Oscars of HR, the ceremony will host top CHROs, VIPs and business partners for an exquisite evening of networking, entertainment and fine cuisine.
