The HR leader is excited about being able to help people thrive in the organisation.
Palesa Moloi, the new cluster HR director Southern & East Africa at Ipsos says being part of the company gives her the opportunity to pioneer and troubleshoot on emerging needs for HR to expand its strategic skill set and reset the world of work post-Covid-19.
“Amidst these rapid changes, I am especially excited to be in this role and get an opportunity to partner Ipsos leaders globally and specifically in my cluster in helping them shape workplaces where their most valued assets, people, thrive,” she says.
Palesa was previously employed as an HR manager, Supply Chain CoE & Grains at Tiger Brands. She had held various roles in her six-year tenure at the company.

In her previous role, Palesa ensured HR priorities were delivered through the CoE and cascades throughout Tiger Brands supply chain across all categories.
