Startek’s vice president and country HR head, Phil Tshikotshi, has been nominated for the 2022 CHRO Awards. Phil has extensive experience in human resource management, customer services, and as team leader, operations.
He holds a postgraduate diploma in business management from Regent Business School.
His previous roles include being senior manager, human resources at Aegis Outsourcing South Africa, customer service manager, operations, Aegis (CCN/South Africa), and team leader, operations, AOL Dimension Data.
