The annual CHRO Awards recognises CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and awards them for outstanding performance and leadership. Top CHROs, VIPs and business partners will attend the event to enjoy networking, entertainment and a scrumptious dinner.
Ruth joined Silverbridge in 2013 as a human resources manager and in 2016 started the people wellness executive role. She promotes the happiness and general wellness of all employees, and diversity in the workplace, while also ensuring a well-functioning, conducive work environment.
Prior to joining Silverbridge she was the management trainee: industrial psychology at JvR Consulting Psychologists (JvRC) and her other work experience has included consultation in both human resources and organisational development.
