Aspen Holdings has appointed Siwe Sibeko as head of human capital.
Siwe was previously the HR manager for organisational development at Edward Snell & Co.
She also served as a senior agile adoption specialist at Shopritex. She has held multiple other HR leadership roles, including HR consultant in people & culture at Shell, business unit HR head and senior HR officer at Smollan Group.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR officer at Kuehne + Nagel, handling recruitment, training administration, payroll and other HR operations. She also worked as a recruitment consultant at DAV Professional Placement Group and started her career as a coordinator manager at Rhode Trip Shuttle Services.
Siwe holds a bachelor of arts in english, law and organisational psychology from Rhodes University. She also completed a postgraduate degree in business administration and management at GIBS Business School, and earned a master of management in strategic marketing from Wits Business School.
