Sanchia Arendse has been promoted to head of people and culture at Stone Three, marking a new chapter in her journey with the organisation after almost three years of service.
Her appointment reflects a steady progression within Stone Three and builds on the work she has been doing since joining the organisation as HR manager.
Sanchia is also the founder and HR consultant at SMA HR Solutions, and has also served as a part-time HR moderator at iQ Academy. Prior to that, she was a lecturer at MSC College East London.
A significant portion of her career was spent at Mediclinic, where she worked for about 11 years. During this time, she held several roles, including HR business partner, employee benefits manager and HR admin officer.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a HR administrator at Rugbyhouse ARP, and also took on HR generalist roles at VTB Bank Europe plc and at Coca-Cola Canners of Southern Africa.
Sanchia holds a bachelor’s in HR management from CPUT, as well as a higher national diploma in HR management from the same institution.
