Workday hopes the winner will have delivered extraordinary results and owns the heartbeat of their organisation.
Workday, a management and human capital management software vendor, will be sponsoring the CHRO of the Year category at the 2021 CHRO Awards.
Workday’s country managing director, Kiveshen Moodley, says they are delighted to be sponsoring the award.
“In the last year, HR leaders have risen to the moment helping businesses and employees alike to overcome an incredibly challenging period. We are looking forward to celebrating those who have stepped up to meet the challenge and helped people stay informed, engaged and supported amidst huge uncertainty.”
Kiveshen says HR leaders have been critical to organisations during this period. At Workday they are hoping the person who wins “will be a leader who has delivered extraordinary results in an uncertain world, and who owns the heartbeat of their organisation.
“We hope the winner becomes a beacon to other people leaders in South Africa, encouraging them to strive to make the world of work and business better,” he says.
