Alicia Dean has been appointed as head of people at PKF Cape Town.
She joins the firm from The SOLA Group, where she served as head of people and group services. Prior to that, she was head of people and organisational effectiveness at the company.
Alongside these roles, she was an operations executive and marketing executive at the Stellenbosch Business School Consulting Club, and a certified professional coach through Alicia Dean Coaching.
Earlier in her career, she founded InnervateHR and held the positions of principal HR consultant and HR executive at Xebec Human Capital. She also served as HR manager at VOSS and MXit Lifestyle, HR manager for systems & services at Itron Metering Solutions South Africa, and completed an industrial psychology internship at PEP earlier in her career.
Alicia holds a MBA, a master's degree in industrial and organisational psychology, and an honours degree in HR management from Stellenbosch University.
