Nexio South Africa has appointed Amanda Ncube as its new executive head of HR.
Before joining Nexio, Amanda spent more than seven years at Vodacom, where she progressed from HR business partner to HR business partner lead.
Her career also includes impactful stints at MultiChoice, where she began as an HR trainee, and progressed to HR practitioner for business support, and after to HR practitioner for the Southern Region.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an intern at Richards Bay Coal.
Amanda holds an MBA from Wits Business School, a postgraduate in advanced labour law from Unisa, a BCom in industrial psychology and HR from the University of Zululand, as well as a BSc in industrial and organisational psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
