Andile Manyathi has joined RSM as head of people.
She will be responsible for leading and executing the firm’s people strategy in alignment with business objectives and provide oversight across the full employee lifecycle.
Before this appointment, Andile most recently served as HR operations Africa lead at Deloitte Consulting. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles in both the United Kingdom and South Africa with DNAFit.
Earlier in her career, Andile worked as HR manager at iOCO and S.A.M.E. Water, where she managed HR operations and employee relations. She began her career as an HR officer at Powertech Transformers.
Andile holds a bachelor’s in HR management and services from the University of the Witwatersrand.
