Bertus Jacobs to head up HR at Multi-Media

Bertus Jacobs, the new head of people at Multi-Media, says he likes to create impactful solutions that empower individuals and strengthen organisations.

Bertus Jacobs has been appointed as head of human capital at Multi-Media. He says his goal is simple: to help people and businesses grow – together.

“I am passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals to drive growth and build thriving workplaces,” he says. “With a focus on career development, employee engagement and fostering work-life balance, I create impactful solutions that empower individuals and strengthen organisations.”

Bertus was previously the group human resources manager for Safomar Holdings. He was also the head of people and culture at Paramount Aerospace Systems, where he led end-to-end recruitment cycles.

He holds a master’s degree in industrial and organisational psychology from the University of Cape Town and an honours in industrial and organisational psychology from North-West University.
