Bianca Morgan joins Sandoz as head of people and organisation

Bianca Morgan has stepped into a new chapter of her HR career, taking on the role of head of people and organisation at Sandoz.

Sandoz plays a role in generic and biosimilar medicines, with a purpose to pioneer access to medicines for patients globally.

Before her role at Sandoz, Bianca most recently served as HR director for Africa at Arjo. Her career journey also includes working as an HR officer at Schindler Lifts and an HR business partner at PPC Cement, amongst various roles she held at the company.

An alumna of UNISA, Bianca holds a BCom honours in business management, majoring in HR management, as well as a national diploma in human resource management.
