The Courier Guy has welcomed Brigitte Padayachee as its chief people officer.
Before joining The Courier Guy, she headed HR consulting at Digiforte. During the same period, she also continued her work as a co-founder of Edgility Solutions, and advisory board member at Engage South Africa.
Her portfolio includes roles at Blue Label Telecoms where she held positions such as group head of talent, group HC professional services executive, and head of HR operations.
Earlier in her career, she led HR functions at Makro South Africa, serving as head of HR shared services and executive HR manager. Brigitte also had a stint as group HR & payroll manager at Oneplan Health Insurance, and group HR & training manager at Bride&co Eurosuit.
Her journey also includes roles spanning HR administration at Urban Brew Studios, HR operations manager at Primary Films and account executive at Kelly Group.
Brigitte holds a bachelor of commerce in industrial and organisational psychology from Unisa, followed by an honours in the same discipline. She has also completed the international executive development programme at Henley Business School.
