Chanel Smailes joins Feltex Automotive as human capital executive

Chanel Smailes has been appointed human capital executive at Feltex Automotive.

She joins the role after serving as human capital executive at KAP. Prior to that, she spent 10 years as divisional human capital executive at Feltex Automotive.

Chanel also previously served as general manager at Feltex Unifrax for almost a decade.

She holds an MBA in people development from Nelson Mandela University, a bachelor of arts honours in human settlement from the same institution, and a masters in city and regional planning from the University of Cape Town.
