Chantelle Blandin de Chalain is set to drive the people strategy and organisational development in a new role at LRMG.
LRMG has appointed Chantelle as its chief people officer, marking a significant milestone in her career within the company.
This comes after serving as the group change management and OD lead, and previously as the programme manager in leadership development, where she drove transformation and employee engagement strategies at the company.
“Being the chief people officer allows me to partner and align with the LRMG group to design, implement and deliver strategic initiatives within the business to enable employer brand, employee experience, innovative talent management, and importantly the organisation's relationship with their employees,” she shares.
Before joining LRMG, she previously served as a change optimisation specialist and organisational development consultant at Strate, as well as a change lead at FNB.
Chantelle holds a masters in industrial and organisational psychology from North-West University, and a BA honours in both industrial and organisational psychology and psychology from UNISA. Additionally, she earned a PGCE in education - intermediate phase, secondary education, and teaching from UNISA, and a BA in child and family psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
