After more than 17 years of service, Charleigh Williams has been appointed HR director at Continental.
Most recently, Charleigh served as a compensation and benefits manager, where she spent over five years shaping reward strategies. Before that, she was the talent and shopfloor training manager.
Her journey at Continental began much earlier, however, with positions as HR business partner, HR coordinator, HR admin and system specialist, and HR administrator giving her a deep understanding of the organisation from the ground up.
Before joining Continental, she began her career as an HR assistant intern at the Eastern Cape Department of Education and also trained as an officer in training with the South African Air Force.
Academically, Charleigh holds a BTech in HR management from Nelson Mandela University and a national diploma in HR management from the same institution. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration from Johannesburg Business School.
