Deb Fuller, CHRO at Nedbank, has officially joined the list of HR leaders who will be competing for top honours at the 2024 CHRO Awards.

Deb has been in her position as CHRO for Nedbank since 2018. She has almost 30 years of experience in human capital management, in a range of specialist talent and strategic business partnering roles, the majority of which have been in the financial services sector: retail, business, corporate and investment banking.

Prior to joining Nedbank, she gained extensive experience in managing human capital functions in multiple regions, including southern Africa, the UK and Europe.

She returned to South Africa in 2010 where she led the human capital agendas in two major banking operations at Standard Bank and Absa (formerly Barclays, Africa) before joining Nedbank as the CHRO.

CHRO South Africa continues to shine a spotlight on the finest in HR, recognising their hard work in the past year at listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions. The 2024 CHRO Awards nominees will be celebrated during a gala ceremony at The Polo Room in Sandton on 14 November 2024.
