Pamella Khumbuza has started a new position as head of HR for South Africa at Constantia Flexibles.
In her new role at Constantia Flexibles, she will lead the HR function for the South African operations, supporting workforce planning within the packaging group’s local footprint.
Before this appointment, she served as divisional HR manager at Southey Holdings, supporting businesses including Concord Refrigeration, Rudnev Coldrooms and Parkhomes Modular Units in KwaZulu-Natal.
She also previously held the role of HR manager at Bidvest Travel Holdings within the New Frontiers Tours business unit. Her earlier experience includes serving as an HR business partner at Commercial Automotive Components, as well as senior HR officer at Shu Powders Africa.
She also worked as an HR consultant at Ignition Group, and began her career as an HR administrative assistant at LexisNexis South Africa.
Pamella holds a BCom in HR management and a BCom honours in HR management from Mancosa.
