Dean has been nominated for his work as chief people officer at Zutari.

Dean Naidoo has been nominated for the 2021 CHRO Awards for his role as chief people officer at Zutari.

He has been in the position since 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience in human resources.

Dean was previously the group human resources director at Redis Africa for seven years. Prior to that, he held the role of general manager of human resources at Sovereign Health for nine years.

He also spent five years at National Medical Plan (NMP) a division of Medscheme, first as a human resources officer and then as the human resources manager.

The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and awards them for outstanding performance and leadership. Top CHROs, VIPs and business partners will attend the event to enjoy networking, entertainment and a scrumptious dinner.
