Genevieve Jozaffe-Naidoo takes on group people executive role at Libstar

Libstar has appointed Genevieve Jozaffe-Naidoo as its new group people executive.

She joins the company after spending 10 years at Continental, where she served in various leadership positions, including human relations director, director of transformation and diversity and TMOD manager.

Her previous experience includes roles as senior HR business partner at ATS Group, HR manager at Shatterprufe, and HR officer at both Continental and ITP SA Human Resource Holdings.

Genevieve holds a BA in sociology and psychology and an honours in HR management from Nelson Mandela University. She also holds a master’s in business and executive coaching from Wits Business School.
