Graham Keatley steps into new role as head of people at Vitality

Graham Keatley has taken on a new role as head of people at Vitality.

Graham joins Vitality after more than 23 years with Discovery Limited, where he held various roles across human capital, organisational development, and employee wellbeing. 

His most recent position at Discovery Limited was head of organisational development and employee wellbeing.

His journey through the company saw him occupy other roles as senior specialist for organisational development, change and transformation, people strategic enablement senior specialist, SAP SuccessFactors implementation specialist, and human capital manager. 

During his time at Discovery Limited, Graham also served as operations manager for PruHealth and began as a customer service agent. 

Academically, Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and HR from the University of the Witwatersrand.
