Jasmin Pillay has joined Seriti Green as chief people officer.
She joins Seriti Green after almost eight years at Microsoft, where she held several senior HR positions across South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Her most recent role was HR director for South and South-East Europe, Central Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Israel for Microsoft’s consulting business.
Jasmin was also HR director for Microsoft South Africa, where she was part of the South African business leadership team and MEA HR leadership team.
Before Microsoft, Jasmin spent three years at Petronas Lubricants International as HR director for Africa and the Middle East.
Earlier in her career, she worked in executive search and human capital staffing and later founded Afrizulu Consulting, where she provided HR consulting services.
Jasmin has also remained involved in work around the future of work. Since 2022, she has served as an advisory board member for the University of Pretoria’s Centre for the Future of Work.
Academically, she holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
