Mainstream Renewable Power promotes Lindsay Burgess to group head of HR

Mainstream Renewable Power has announced the promotion of Lindsay Burgess to the role of group head of human resources.

This promotion comes after Lindsay's successful six-year tenure as head of HR at Mainstream Renewable Power.

She is now set to lead the group HR strategy, which includes systems, processes, practices and reporting in support of overall business objectives.

Before joining Mainstream Renewable Power, Lindsay worked as an executive search consultant at AIMS International Executive Search and Talent Management Worldwide and as the group projects and operations manager for Nicolene Di Bartolo Management Appointments.

She holds a bachelor of applied social science in HR and psychology from the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP), alongside a hotel management diploma from Varsity College and a PR and business communication diploma from Damelin.
