Nicolle Hugo appointed to executive HR role at iZi Group

Nicolle Hugo has stepped into a new role as executive director for HR at iZi Group.

She joins iZi Group following nearly three years at G4S, where she served as HR director.

Prior to this, Nicolle held senior people leadership roles at Smollan, where she worked as people lead for PepsiCo Field Services. She has also held roles at Wetherlys and Furniture City as HR executive.

Earlier in her career, she was the HR manager at Ellerine Holdings.

Nicolle holds a BCom in HR from Unisa, a management advancement programme from Wits Business School, and a national diploma in marketing from the Tshwane University of Technology (formerly Technikon Pretoria).
