Norah Sehunoe has been nominated for the 2025 CHRO Awards for her role as the executive head of human capital at Santam Insurance.
Norah joins the list of HR leaders among this year’s CHRO Awards contenders.
Before joining Santam Insurance, she worked as the managing executive for human capital at Sanlam Corporate. Prior to that, she was head of HR for corporate services at Hollard Insurance, following a long-standing career with the company that spanned various roles including HR manager, HR business partner, and HRD consultant.
Her earlier experience includes time at Etana Insurance as a general manager for HR, and Standard Bank as a resource manager.
Dubbed the “Oscars of HR”, the CHRO Awards continue to honour the country’s most influential HR leaders across listed companies, large corporates and government institutions.
This year’s celebration will take place on 12 November at The Polo Room in Sandton, where nine awards will be handed out, including the headline award of the night – the CHRO of the Year title.
